A list is one export: your volunteer file, your donor file. If a system hands you several exports, each one counts as a list. Volume doesn't move the price — a 3,000-record list and a 300,000-record list cost the same. What moves it is how many lists there are and how much of the matching needs a person's judgment rather than a rule. Address standardization is included in every project, and you'll know your number before any work begins.

What format do the lists need to be in?
Whatever you've already got. A CSV or Excel export from your CRM and your volunteer tool is ideal. You don't need to clean or reformat anything first.
What if our data is messy?
That's the whole point. Nicknames, typos, maiden names, and old addresses are exactly what stops the same person from lining up across two systems — handling that mess is the work. Where a match is uncertain, we flag it, so you make the call instead of trusting a black box.
How is our data handled?
The matching runs on our own machines, and your files are never submitted to an outside service or an AI system. Your originals and our working copies are deleted within 30 days.
